What to bring to Club Mutt

Health and safety are the priority at Destiny's. Please bring a current vaccination record from your veterinarian that includes:

• Rabies
• Distemper Combo
• Bordatella
  (given within the last 6 months)

Please verify that these are current prior to your visit. If not, these must be updated 5 days prior to boarding to allow your pet’s immune system to fully protect itself. For the health and safety of all our guests, we will not make exceptions to this policy.
Medication

If your dog requires medication it will be administered at no extra cost to cooperative canines. All medication must be in the original bottle with pet’s name and instructions clearly labeled.

Specific Food

We feed Premium Edge dog foods, but we are happy to feed the food you provide. If your dog requires a special diet, please bring it in a labeled, sealed container.

Favorite Toy or Blanket

You are welcome to bring washable bedding, blankets or toys that smell like home. We do offer clean, soft blankets for those that don’t bring them. Thank you for understanding that there are times when things may get lost or damaged.
